The Ministry of Internal Affairs named the main mistakes in passing the driving test
More than 71 thousand driver's licenses have been issued after a new administrative regulation came into force. More than 138,000 people failed the exam, reported TASS the press-cervice of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
"From April 1 to April 20, more than 71 thousand driving licenses have been issued to persons who have successfully passed the exams. According to the results of practical examination more than 138 thousand people failed to pass," reads the report.
The representative of the Ministry has named the most frequent mistakes: they do not yield the way or interfere with a vehicle or a pedestrian, who have the advantage, cross the road marking, do not turn on the blinkers, are not confident when driving.
New administrative regulations for driving exams came into force in Russia on April 1, 2021. A key change was the abolition of the verification of the initial skills of driving at closed sites in the format of a separate exam. The employees of the State Automobile Inspectorate now assess future drivers only during the drive test in real traffic conditions.
